Home Page: Post important announcements, news and upcoming events.Post resident survey with real-time vote results shown after voting; local weather forecast; or other content that fits your association's needs.

Approve Users: Insure that only the right users are gaining access to the association website. Easily approve or deny any user that has requested use of the Association website.

Forum: Message boards allow residents to share thoughts and post questions for other residents to respond.Posts are organized into categories and are searchable. Categories can be set for residents to both create topics and reply to topics or only for the assigned editor to create topics which residents can only reply.Forums can be assigned a so that they can monitor and edit/delete inappropriate posts.The message board requires the unique resident login method.

Resource Center: Store all of your document revisions, notes, internal minutes, owner directory etc in your online file cabinet. Create your own folders and subfolders to make items easier to find. Each board and/or committee member can be given access to the files which improve organization and sharing of your association items among the members. Storing files online is also beneficial when board members change and historical working documents and notes don't always get transitioned to new board members.

User Directory: A secure & private online owner directory allows owners to add complete detail about themselves separate from the board issued owner directory.

Newsletter Publisher: An online newsletter publisher allows you or the people you designate to inform subscribed members with up-to-date information about what’s happening in their association.

Event Calendar: An association calendar allows managers, boards, and committees to schedule meetings, facilities, and events, and provides current information about upcoming events.

Classified Ads: Residents submit items and services they would like to sell to other residents or to the general public.You control the rules which will be posted on the classified ads page.Residents can indicate an end date for their ad.

Fill in Forms Online: Want to give residents a method to instantly submit information to the board or property manager? We'll create web based fill-in forms modeled after your paper forms.

Do-it-yourself Web Publishing: Do-it-yourself Web Publishing capabilities allow you complete control over the content of your site. Add new pages to address frequently asked questions, special interest groups or other informational needs. Click on the to edit the page.

Association Customization: The site can be customized to match the existing image of the association. Multiple templates are available.
